We had a fantastic stay! The staff were wonderful and very friendly. They went out of their way to serve and guide us 24/7. The hotel is in a great location, close to the city center - it only took us 5-10 minutes by car or motorbike. The room was well-lit, cozy, and very clean with fresh beddings. Also, the breakfast was pretty decent and served within the requested time. We really appreciated the free room service for breakfast too!

We recently enjoyed a romantic escape and we were impressed with the great customer service at the hotel. From the 24/7 guidance to the wonderful and friendly staff who went out of their way to serve us, it was a delight. The well-lit and cozy room with clean beddings made for a comfortable stay. being near the city center made it convenient for easy access and the breakfast served was pretty decent and on time.
There were a few aspects that could have been better. The shower area was quite small and lacked hot water.

The location of the hotel is convenient for city center access. the well-lit rooms with clean bedding and toiletries make for a comfortable stay. the staff is friendly and accommodating, and room service for breakfast is a bonus.
Some of the bathroom fittings need replacing for safety.

We were impressed with this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was quite near the city center, allowing us easy access to all the attractions and amenities.
